Order Processing & Delivery
For digital products and services, access is granted immediately upon successful payment. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact our support team. For physical goods, orders are processed within [X] business days. Shipping times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Accidental Charges: If a customer is accidentally charged, they are entitled to a refund upon verification.
Digital Products & Services: Refunds for digital products or services are only provided in cases of accidental charges or failure to deliver access as promised.
